The Jasmine Throne  Here and Now and Then

Currently Reading: THE JASMINE THRONE by Tasha Suri
As of this writing, I’m a little over halfway through THE JASMINE THRONE. This has more to do with it being a busy week than any fault of the book’s; indeed, I’m absolutely digging the palace and regional politics, and the manipulative dance between the two lead characters. The tension between Malini and Priya is so thick at times, you can cut it with one of the many knives lying around the book. Everything about THE JASMINE THRONE is engrossing, and I fully expect to have it finished the next time I check in!

Recently Finished: N/A
Nothing to report, 500+ epic tomes are my life currently.

Probable Next Read: HERE AND NOW AND THEN by Mike Chen
I’ll have time for one more read in July most likely, and I’ve decided it will definitely be HERE AND NOW AND THEN. It feels so strange to just have a random standalone book on my TBR, but I’m embracing the freedom I’ve given myself for July! Waiting on deck afterwards is likely THE EXILED FLEET, sequel to THE LAST WATCH, a sci-fi adventure I LOVED earlier this year. I fiiiiinally got approved on NetGalley, and it is taking considerable restraint to read a few other things first before diving into the blackness of space to see what new shenanigans the Sentinels are up to now.

What are you reading this week?
