Currently Reading: THE BONE SHARD EMPEROR by Andrea Stewart
I’m still working on this book a week later, which has nothing to do with the book and everything to do with me. I’ve been sitting at about 110 pages for the last few days, but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to pick up the book for more than a few pages at a time, and I wanted to be able to read the final section in one go. But this is a worthy successor to THE BONE SHARD DAUGHTER, full of mystery, some new reveals, and plenty of star-crossed love.
Recently Finished: N/A
Like I said, life has been busy pre-Thanksgiving here, but with the holiday coming, I should have some time in between hanging with family to curl up with a few books!
Probable Next Read: ILLUMINAE by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
Same plan as before – start the ILLUMINAE series as my final read of #SciFiMonth!
SUPER short round-up this week because I’m trying to finish work so I can start my holiday – see you all next week!
I fell you with the reading struggles. With all of the Thanksgiving prep I’ve had to do, I’ve been relying on audiobooks to get through my reading.

I love scifi month! So many great blogs with so many fantastic recommendations. My scifi reading is definitely moving into December (oh well). I just finished “Moon People: The Journals of Lordiah” and it’s definitely a unique scifi MUST READ. The main character, Lordiah knows the factual truth about the history of Earth. This includes the creation of Adam and Eve, the pyramids, and the fact that humans were grown on Earth as slaves to mine gold. He knows this, because he is responsible for most of it – lol. His journals chronicle all of these ancient mysteries and he wants to share these stories with his estranged daughter, Luna (who he abandoned 20 years ago). She just happens to be attempting to burgle his home without realizing who the occupant is – lol. Lordiah has to keep his daughter safe and the earth safe in this funny, bizarro, entertaining and enjoyable read. You can read more about it here – https://moonpeoplebook.com/
If you check it out I would love to hear your thoughts
