Currently Reading: WICKED AS YOU WISH by Rin Chupeco
I’ve just barely cracked this one open, so not a lot to say here, other than I’m enjoying the sense of humor in this YA fantasy.  I’m a little fuzzy on the world-building (it’s an alt-Earth where magic exists and there are fantasy kingdoms mixed in with the “regular” places like Russia and the US) but we’ll see if it becomes clearer as I get further into the story.  WICKED AS YOU WISH releases next week, so I hope to have a review up soon!

Recently Finished: DOCILE by K.M. Szpara and UNDER ORDSHAW by Phil Williams
If you follow my Twitter, you know that DOCILE was nowhere to be seen on my February TBR. But after getting my hands on a copy from a fellow blogger, I cracked it open to see if I wanted to squeeze it in before the March release…..and promptly finished the book in three days. Which, at 500 pages, is not a small feat for me these days. My review is already live, so check it out!  I then tackled UNDER ORDSHAW for my self-published read of the month.  This was a fun urban fantasy, I’ll have a review up in the next week!

Probable Next Read: GODSGRAVE by Jay Kristoff
After a wave of new releases and review copies, it’s time to return to the backlist pile!  GODSGRAVE is my Great Series Read Project goal for the month, book two in the NEVERNIGHT CHRONICLES Trilogy.  I really enjoyed NEVERNIGHT, so I have high hopes going into book two!
